Moving your association from one location to another, even if it's just a new office in the same town, is a Herculean undertaking. Follow the advice of three association executives who have moved their organizations and kept their sanity.

So, you've signed the lease on that great, new expanded office space, and it will relieve the pressures that currently make your staff less productive than they could be. From here it is all easy, right? Of course not! Everyone knows that moving an office is a pain in the neck, which you should not undertake more than once or twice in a career unless you are a masochist....
