A look at the various volunteer leadership roles David DuBois, CTA, CMP, FASAE, CAE, who is the current president and CEO of the International Association of Exhibitions and Events, has held throughout his career.

David DuBois was elected chair of the Convention Industry Council's board in November. While his day job as president and CEO of the International Association of Exhibitions and Events in Dallas keeps him plenty busy, he's excited about his term as CIC chair. Some of his goals: expand the global reach of the meetings, exhibitions, and events industry and emphasize its impact on the world economy. Highlights from his volunteer leadership roles follow.
