Young Professionals Leadership Development Series
The Young Professionals Leadership Development Series, a virtual program featuring monthly sessions presented by expert coaches and association executives, is a great way for emerging leaders in the association space to explore their leadership abilities and connect with other like-minded young professionals. The series includes detailed presentations, peer activities, personal assessments, and guided goal setting.
Each month’s session has a unique topic, ranging from overcoming leadership obstacles and exploring pathways to advance your career, to navigating imposter syndrome and learning strategies for having difficult conversations.
Attendees can choose to attend one, several, or all of the sessions and will earn CAE credit for their participation. The series is open to anyone who believes they would benefit from the programs, although the content is designed for association professionals who are under 35 years old, who have less than five years’ experience, or who are in coordinator- to director-level positions.
