The Online Seminar is a 60-minute live online session that can feature facilitated audio and video content and conversations. Before the first day of the online seminar, registrants will receive login information and links to test their computer and become acquainted with the platform. Participants will have access to recorded sessions, reference materials, and more for up to 30 days following the program.       Anna Amselle, CPA, MBA, CAE

      I’m an introvert who is passionate about translating strategic plans into practical business tactics to achieve amazing results. I am able to analyze trade association operations and find incremental improvements in the processes that compound into quantum leaps in results. I ensure that organizations understand the numbers, which includes ensuring that the basics are right then building on the fundamentals to engineer profitability and achieve strategic plan. I have created new revenue streams, and I have diversified existing ones to strengthen each program. I collaborate with membership, professional development, trade shows, marketing and administrative departments to bring out the best in each group. As a seasoned triathlete, I have intense focus on planning, training, analyzing, and improving my performance. Anyone can finish a sprint race, but only the dedicated and motivated can endure the long distances. I bring this spirit of adventure and diligence to each new challenge and opportunity.

      Lori M. Anderson, CAE

      Lori Anderson, CAE, is president and CEO for the International Sign Association, which serves the international sign, graphics, and visual communications industries. Before joining ISA in 2004, she was a lobbyist with the Plastics Industry Association as well as a congressional legislative aide. Lori is a member of the ASAE Board of Directors and a past chair of the National Association of Manufacturers Council of Manufacturing Associations.

      Donald Neal

      Don Neal is founder and CEO of 360 Live Media, a marketing and communications firm specializing in experience design. Previously, Don served as the managing director and chief marketing officer at Marsh & McLennan, president of Echelon Marketing Group, and senior vice president of Omnicom’s Rapp Collins Worldwide office in New York, and he cofounded the Hallmark Cards Loyalty Group. Don bring his Madison Avenue experience to his work with global brands such as Mercedes Benz, Hershey’s, Marriott, and Microsoft and is an adjunct lecturer at Georgetown University.

      John Segota, MPS, CAE

      John Segota, MPS, CAE, is associate executive director for public policy and professional relations at TESOL International Association. John's responsibilities include government relations, policy analysis, media relations and communications, oversight of standards development, and management of TESOL's advocacy activities. He works closely with senior leadership on policy management, strategic planning, public relations, and governance issues. John has presented nationally and internationally on public policy relating to English language education and has written extensively on education policy issues. He has a B.A. in political science with a concentration in international studies from the College of the Holy Cross and a Master's of Professional Studies in public leadership from The George Washington University.

      Lana Vukovljak

      Lana Vukovljak is chief executive officer of the Council of Residential Specialists. With more than 15 years of nonprofit management experience, she has successfully helped organizations enhance their financial performance by implementing more efficient processes, increasing staff engagement, and improving performance. By building strategic partnerships between nonprofit, for-profit, and government groups, Lana also developed and implemented new product and service offerings that increased membership. Her previous positions include chief executive officer/executive vice president with the American Association for Clinical Chemistry, chief executive officer of the American Association of Diabetes Educators, and vice president at the American Health Information Management Association.

      Keith Tristano

      Keith Tristano has over 25 years of association management experience in roles such as finance director, information technology director, and chief financial officer. He began his career in the accounting field as a certified public accountant and over time, expanded his focus to the management of information technology. Keith currently serves as the chief financial officer and chief information officer for the Council of Residential Specialists, an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS that confers the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) credential to residential REALTORS who have met the training and experience requirements of the designation.

      Cancellation, Refund & Substitution Policy

      Submit all requests to ASAE Registration via email at [email protected] All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by November 27, 2017, to receive a full refund, less a $75 administrative fee. Refunds cannot be approved for requests received after this date, to include no-shows. Substitutions are gladly accepted at any time. Badge sharing, splitting, and reprints are strictly prohibited.

      Event Cancellation or Postponement

      ASAE reserves exclusive right to modify, postpone/reschedule or cancel programs for any reason, including but not limited to emergency, inclement weather or other ‘acts of God’. If there is an event cancellation, every attempt will be made to reschedule, and registration fees will be applied to the rescheduled event date. Any travel, lodging, or incidental expenses incurred related to a cancelled event cannot be refunded under any circumstances. If a cancelled event cannot be rescheduled, ASAE will determine an equitable basis for the refund of a portion or all of the registration fees, after due consideration of circumstances and expenditures.

      Consent to Use of Photographic Images

      Registration and attendance at, or participation in, ASAE meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendees’ image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities by ASAE and other third parties, including but not limited the venue, the host city and the host CVB.
