Jordan Castel, Association Governance Consultant at OnBoard
Jordan serves as OnBoard’s Partner Liaison to ASAE as well as a member of ASAE’s Industry Partner Alliance Committee. Jordan specializes in helping associations adopt and leverage modern governance technology to transform how they lead their organization and is committed to helping ASAE's members grow as individual leaders and evolve as board members.
Paul Pomerantz, Managing Director of the ASAE Association Governance Institute.
Paul served as CEO of several health and medical associations before retiring at the end of 2023. He was with the American Society of Anesthesiologists, a 55,000-member, $50 million association based in Chicago and Washington, DC. Paul has served as chair of ASAE Business Services, Inc, chair of the Association Forum, chair of the ASAE Foundation, and treasurer of the Council of Medical Specialty Societies. He is a frequent writer and speaker on association leadership topics.
