Have you ever wondered how to use networking, collaboration, influence, negotiation, and leadership skills to improve individual and team performance? Opening General Speaker Adam Grant, author of Give and Take: A Revolutionary Approach to Success, will illuminate how by introducing three fundamental styles of professional interaction and demonstrating their implication for individuals and collective performance on August 10. He will also give advice on how leaders, managers, and employees can use this knowledge to build richer networks and more innovative teams.

For the Closing General Session, August 12, Noreena Hertz, an international bestselling author and professor and identified by The Guardian as one of the top British Public Intellectuals, will discuss how attendees can make smarter, wiser choices in a more complex environment. These steps include: hiring a Challenger-in-Chief, becoming a digitally-attuned information hunter gatherer, encouraging dissent and difference, and thereby uncovering your organization’s wisdom within.
