ASAE Names Jennifer Novesky as Vice President of Membership & Volunteer Engagement

WASHINGTON— Jennifer Novesky, MPS, is joining ASAE as vice president of membership & volunteer engagement, effective July 18, ASAE President and CEO Michelle Mason, FASAE, CAE, announced today.

Novesky has more than 20 years of experience and demonstrated success in the association management profession, most recently serving as managing director of the Biomedical Engineering Society (BMES) in Landover, MD. Among her many responsibilities at BMES, Novesky formulated and executed member recruitment and retention strategies resulting in individual membership and stakeholder engagement growth. Prior to BMES, Novesky held key positions at American Medical Informatics Association (AMIA), Research!America, Voices for America’s Children, Council on Foundations, the United Way of America and the Human Rights Campaign (HRC). 

As vice president of membership & volunteer engagement, Novesky will develop and deliver an actionable membership engagement strategy in support of ASAE’s strategic framework. In addition to overseeing ASAE’s membership development activities, Novesky will lead ASAE’s volunteer efforts, ensuring the development and implementation of a more sustainable ASAE volunteer program that maximizes engagement, contributes to operational efficiencies and impacts future growth.
