WASHINGTON—ASAE Foundation announces Hargrove Inc., ASAE’s general contractor for trade shows, events and custom exhibits, has made a donation of $100,000. They were recognized as a Diamond Level supporter last night during a reception at the St. Regis Hotel in Washington, DC.

“Through this unprecedented major gift, Hargrove is demonstrating its long-standing commitment to the work of associations,” said ASAE Executive Vice President and ASAE Foundation President & CEO Susan Robertson, CAE. “For the next few years, we will have a very robust research agenda covering a variety of topics important to the association community. Tim and Carla McGill’s generous support will allow us to explore, create, and share information with our members and organizations, so they can provide better services and offerings to their constituents.”

Hargrove’s contribution is the charter donation for a new giving program by the ASAE Foundation called the Leadership Society, which recognizes consistent giving by individuals and organizations who make a commitment to donate $25,000 or more over 8 years or less.

“As a company, we value the work associations accomplish because of the difference they make in society. One of the reasons why Carla and I decided to be part of this new giving program is because of the work done by the ASAE Foundation. It undertakes research topics that are essential to the growth of all associations,” said Hargrove Inc. CEO Tim McGill.
