What if you knew what your members are really looking for when interacting with your association?
That would allow you to make strategy match and exceed your customer needs. That would revolutionize an association and change it from being reactive to proactive. Revenue is secondary and dashboards will turn green when you offer what they want....
Technology is getting pretty close to knowing just about everything about a customer.
That sounds scary to some, but it is the future and once people realize that targeted communication will de-clutter email, offer what you look for and spare you from everything else you don't need, it will be embraced.
