FAQs
Do I have to be an ASAE Member to access the free content?
Yes. ASAE Academy’s free content is exclusively member only content. To find out more about becoming an ASAE Member, click here. Digital Learning Tracks can be purchased separately, but will not give access to the free member content.
I purchased a webinar but was unable to attend, will a recording be available?
Webinars and virtual event content will be recorded and available to watch for members within 12 hours after the webinar. Recordings can be found on the webinar or event page.
Will we receive CAE credit for the recordings?
No. Only live attendance will earn learners CAE credit, the recordings of virtual events will not offer credit due to CAE commission regulations.
Cancellation, Refund & Substitution Policy for On Demand Digital Programming
You can receive a full refund for digital learning track purchases by notifying ASAE Academy via e-mail within 1 month of purchasing. Ensure the course was purchased within a month of the refund request and that the course(s) have not been started. If you request a refund after the first month of purchase, you will receive a 50% reduction on the original price. We do not offer or accept transfers or substitutions.
Cancellation, Refund, & Substitution Policy for Virtual Events
You can receive a full refund for virtual event registration fees by notifying ASAE Academy via e-mail up to 14 business days before the program’s start date. If you request a refund after 14 business days before the program, you will receive a 50% reduction on the original price. We do not approve refunds, transfers, or substitutions for no-shows.
