Description

Effective committee management is vital to the success of any association. However, many associations struggle to empower their committee members to collaborate efficiently and effectively.

Governance technology is a solution that more associations are turning to help them streamline committee work and management. Early iterations of this tech mainly focused on supporting processes at the board level, but innovations in the board management software now empower committees to work as smart and fast as the board.

Join ASAE Business Solutions and OnBoard, the ASAE-Endorsed Board Management Solution, for a discussion about how governance technology can be used to empower committees to make their crucial contributions to an association’s overall governance with ease. In this session, industry experts will explore:

  • Traditional committee management challenges and pitfalls
  • How modern governance tech can enhance committee work
  • Real-world use cases of how OnBoard helps associations transform their committee environment
  • This webinar offers 1 CAE credit for attending.
