The Finance and Business Operations Section provides access to a rich and diverse community of professionals, all willing to share their knowledge and experience with others who work in association finance and business functions, from accounting and asset management to office administration and human resources.
Purpose statement. The Finance and Business Operations Section is an indispensable resource for model practices and for finance and business operations professionals to be recognized as association leaders. The section provides information, relationship opportunities, and leadership development in the areas of association finance, administration, and human resources.
Leadership. The Finance and Business Operations Section Council identifies pertinent areas of content related to financial, human resources, and administration/operations management issues. The group also creates content and works to foster a sense of community within the section. Two face-to-face meetings are required each year.
