Consider the CEO, the COO, and the CFO. They are expected to act as visionary leaders for various groups within their association: their staff, members, board of directors, volunteers, and industry partners. They are entrusted to take their organization to new heights and embrace risk while maintaining stability. In decision making, they must balance research, knowledge, and trends with their own credibility and expertise.
