A new white paper by the Wisconsin Society of Association Executives discusses what could be standing in the way of innovation.
The Wisconsin Society of Association Executives recently published a white paper, "Innovation for Associations," that lists some of the core principles of innovative associations—as well as some of its barriers. What are the four things standing in your way? According to the white paper, they are:
- Diffuse leadership;
- Low tolerance for risk;
- Unwillingness to commit resources;
- Complex organizational structures.
