New hires and personnel moves in associations.

Pam Inman, CAE, has been hired as president of the National Tour Association. Inman most recently served as the executive vice president and COO of the American Hotel and Lodging Association.

The Home Builders Institute has appointed Lynne Harris vice president of corporate communications.

Jessica Boulanger has been promoted to senior vice president of communications for Business Roundtable. Boulanger previously was vice president of communications.

The Institute of Management Consultants USA has named Gregory Brooks executive director and secretary.

Patrick Atagi has joined the National Wooden Pallet and Container Association as vice president of advocacy and external affairs. He previously served as managing partner at NorthStar Policy Navigation.

The Society for Human Resource Management has hired Jessica Perry as senior vice president for publishing and media. Perry joins SHRM from the National Journal Group, where she was vice president and general manager.

The Information Systems Audit and Control Association has appointed Matthew S. Loeb, CAE, its new CEO. Previously, he was staff executive at the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.

Brett Biggers has been hired as statistics and standards program director at the National Waste and Recycling Association. Biggers most recently managed a similar program for the National Association of Home Builders.

Bailey Wood has been named vice president of communications for the National Stone, Sand, and Gravel Association. He previously served as senior director of legislative affairs and communications for the National Automobile Dealers Association.

Julie Coker Graham has been promoted to executive vice president of the Philadelphia Convention and Visitors Bureau. The move is part of a succession plan leading to the expected retirement of President and CEO Jack Ferguson in January 2016.

Washington has announced Gail Smith-Howard as general manager. Smith-Howard previously was the general manager at Hyatt Regency Baltimore.

Kris Singleton has been hired as chief information officer for Omni Hotels and Resorts. Most recently, Singleton was CIO for the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.

The Detroit Metro Convention and Visitors Bureau has named Tom Albrecht senior national sales manager. Albrecht joins the DMCVB from Cobo Center.

The DuPage Convention and Visitors Bureau has promoted Beth Marchetti to executive director from marketing director.

Tiffany McCarty has joined Vetted Solutions as vice president. McCarty most recently served as a principal of the boutique search firm JDG Associates.
