Description

Many associations practicing values driven leadership are now having difficult questions about the role of the association on questions of social justice. Should the association board take a position on controversial social justice issues? While there is one singular right answer, there are many questions for the association to consider. Further, what about the role of the association with ESG, social impact, sustainability, and environmental justice? The deeper we the association community goes into values-driven leadership, the more complicated these questions become.
