Associations have the unique ability to enhance the personal and professional lives of individuals in virtually every business sector and industry. Because associations are indispensable within the industry, profession, and society, it's vitally important for those working in the profession to have an understanding of their nature and history.

Specifically designed for those who have fewer than five years of experience in the field, Culture, Ethics and Leadership addresses the basics of building a strong organizational culture as it pertains to associations

To apply a more systematic approach to improve the success of your organization, consider taking all five courses to receive the Certificate in Association Management, awarded by ASAE University. Each course includes individual and group learning applications, and satisfactory completion of the five courses achieves the certificate. Register above for all five courses.

      Jamie Notter

      Jamie is an author and growth strategist at PROPEL, where he helps leaders integrate culture, strategy, and execution to achieve breakthrough performance and impact. He brings twenty-five years of experience to his work designing culture-driven businesses, and has specialized along the way in areas like conflict resolution and generations. Jamie is also the co-author of three books—Humanize, When Millennials Take Over, and The Non-Obvious Guide to Employee Engagement—and holds a Master’s in conflict resolution from George Mason and a certificate in Organization Development from Georgetown, where he serves as adjunct faculty.

    • Attendance cancellations must be received within five business days before the program begins. A $75 cancellation fee will apply. There are no refunds for cancellations received less than five days before a program. No-shows will not be refunded.
