Perhaps the one area in which Associations face the biggest contractual challenge is in the area of event and convention management. This requires an interface with contracts of all forms but primarily with hotels and other suppliers who are enlisted to make the event successful. This session will address changes in the approached since Covid 19 that are necessary to be addressed. An overview of basic contract approach and clauses is part and parcel of this presentation. Being prepared to meet the challenges of today’s new realities through better contracts is a must for all.
