Cultivating a strong, healthy, productive partnerships utilizing the authentic leadership and emotional intelligence takes intention and dedication. Authenticity is key. You can’t fake your way through good partnerships. In this session, you’ll learn how to utilize your own authenticity to build and sustain critical partnerships to enhance the success of your own position, and that of your organization.

Productive partnerships between the Board and the CEO is a major factor in an organization’s success, no matter what the measure of success is. By nature of the nonprofit’s structure, these two roles are interdependent and cannot function independently.

Creating an effective and dynamic leadership team is also critical, for similar reasons. No CEO can know everything and be everything to everyone, so you must have a strong leadership team that is an extension of you and the Board.

Learn how to create effective partnerships with these two critical stakeholders to facilitate your own success and for the organization’s success.
