Danielle Duran Baron, MBA, MA, CAE
I am an association executive who has spent more than two decades helping organizations advance their missions, motivate their teams and engage with their stakeholders through storytelling, open communication, empathy and inclusion. Over the course of my career, I have held executive director and senior staff positions in associations and nonprofits in the healthcare, education and international trade & development sectors, in the United States and overseas. My global perspective and diverse experiences have uniquely positioned me as a leading change and strategy expert for both organizations and teams. I am a seasoned facilitator, writer, speaker and the CEO of Insightful Concepts, a strategic consultancy working with organizations to strengthen their brands by bringing culture and experience together. I have a bachelor’s degree in communications and international relations from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College, a master’s degree in journalism from New York University and an executive MBA in marketing from Ibmec Business School, in Rio de Janeiro. I am committed to lifelong learning and am both a CAE and a DELP Scholar. A native of Brazil, I am fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish and conversant in French and German.
