Are your event’s exhibitor and sponsorship revenues declining? There could be many factors at play, including lower attendance, industry consolidation, and budget cuts. In this environment, what can you do to get the best ROI for your exhibitors and sponsors?

Exhibitors and sponsors are looking for unique and nontraditional engagement opportunities that may fall outside of the exhibit hall, such as networking receptions, speaking engagements, and product briefings. In this program, one of six courses in the Business of Meetings Certificate Program, explore how you can employ nontraditional opportunities to create greater return for your exhibitors and sponsors. Participate with industry peers to:

  • examine the needs and expectations of your exhibitors and sponsors to deliver quantifiable ROI
  • identify creative opportunities your organization can offer to engage exhibitors and sponsors on a more personal level
  • review the layout of your exhibit hall and its impact on attendee experience.
