The Women Executives Forum explores the challenges and opportunities facing women leaders, those executives in and aspiring to the c-suite, and how men and women can take action to support gender equality.  The series of workshops feature notable and thoughtful speakers from the association, non-profit, and public sectors. Each edition of the Women Executives Forum features a thought-provoking keynote presentation followed by facilitated table discussions.
Giving and receiving feedback effectively creates clarity and accountability, develops talent, and improves employee performance and relationships. But giving feedback is hard and receiving it can be even harder. Join us for a hands-on session about how to provide meaningful, applicable feedback in real time—not just for end-of-year performance reviews—that fosters a culture of accountability. Your personal and professional growth depends on your ability to gain value from feedback and to find the most effective ways to offer it to others so that they can also grow.

Through education, collaboration, and networking, the Women Executives Forum provides a framework and tools to support women leaders in the association community, facilitating the leadership pipeline and helping associations transform their organizations and the communities they serve.
