Description

The largest cost for most associations, next to staffing, is real estate. Effectively using your office space or building is critical to your organization’s productivity. Consider how you currently use office space. Do offices sit vacant for extended periods of time? Can underutilized offices and spaces be shared or re-purposed? These are some of the basic questions that you can analyze when conducting a space audit with SpaceDriver, a proprietary web-based space utilization platform. For example, a space audit can be used to inform future space needs by highlighting any excess office space that could be subleased to another tenant or returned to the landlord when restructuring a lease.

Register for this facilitated webinar and discussion about office space utilization today to learn:

  • how to evaluate your organization’s space needs
  • ways to better align your space with the way that you work
  • strategies to address underutilized space
