ASAE, TRISCEND LLC to Offer ASAE-Endorsed Executive Compensation Solution
WASHINGTON – ASAE and ASAE Business Services, Inc. announces its partnership with Triscend, LLC (Triscend), provider of the ASAE-Endorsed Executive Compensation Solution. This program becomes one of six top-quality ASAE-Endorsed business products and services chosen after undergoing the ASAE Business Services’ stringent due-diligence process.
For decades, deferred compensation arrangements have been the default approach to supplemental retirement benefits for association executives. These plans are compensatory in nature, resulting in adverse financial statement impact and permanent loss of association capital. The ASAE-endorsed Executive Compensation Solution is an alternative to these legacy arrangements and allows for associations compensate the executive and recover the cost of the plan.
“Triscend is a great fit for the ASAE community because it will give associations the flexibility to develop customized compensation and benefits packages for executive leaders and improve their ability to recruit and retain talented executives to their organizations,” said ASAE President & CEO John H. Graham IV, CAE.
Since 2001, Triscend has been working with associations, academic institutions, non-profit healthcare organizations, and credit unions to provide talent and capital management solutions while ensuring the funds are allocated in a way that supports the organization’s mission and financial health.
“We are excited to join forces with ASAE. This new offering will provide associations with flexible and reliable benefit program solutions for their senior executives. We look forward to educating members about this new offering, so they can make the right decision when it comes to compensating their executives,” said Dale Edwards, Principal of Triscend.
According to ASAE Business Services, Inc. President Betsy Piper/Bach, the company’s knowledge, breadth of resources, and experience representing associations were key reasons to partner with Triscend.
“Triscend has experience working with our industry, and they collaborate with their clients to ensure they have the right package that aligns with the objectives of the organization and the executive, as well as helping to grow capital for the association,” said Piper/Bach.
