For the past three years, he served as the Director, Corporate Relations and managed more than $1.5M in annual non-dues revenue. When he joined in 2012, he served as the Education Program Manager. Turner was responsible for the management of faculty and logistics for 12-15 annual conferences covering a range of advancement disciplines.

“Garet has expertise and passion for development, and he will be an excellent addition to the ASAE Foundation team. His vision and ideas on how to enhance our fundraising efforts and engage the broader association community was very impressive,” said ASAE EVP and President of the ASAE Foundation Susan Robertson, CAE. “We are excited to have him on board and look forward to his contributions.”

With more than 15 years of experience in creating meetings and events, Garet is well positioned to creatively approach the foundation’s current and future slate of events. “I'm thrilled to join ASAE! As an association professional, the work by the ASAE Foundation is very important for our industry. We will continue to raise funds for the robust research agenda and find new and creative ways for associations to share data and impactful stories,” said Garet Turner, CMP.
