Washington, DC (October X, 2014) – ASAE Business Services, Inc. and Savills Studley, the provider of the ASAE-Endorsed Real Estate Solution, are proud to announce the winners of the 2014 Association Real Estate Awards, recognizing associations and nonprofits with office spaces that, by design, generate member engagement and involvement. Following the success of the 2013 awards, Savills Studley and ASAE began accepting submissions for this year’s recognitions in August.

The committee acknowledged two organizations (small-to-medium and large) in each of the following categories: philanthropic/nonprofit/charitable/foundation; professional association; trade association; and one association management company. To be considered, organizations were asked to submit photos of two areas that showcase how the office stimulates member engagement and describe the decision-making process that went into designing the space.
This year’s winners include:

  • Small-to-Medium: Columbus Center for Architecture and Design
  • Large: American Society for Microbiology

Trade Association

  • Small-to-Medium: Wilmington Regional Association of REALTORS
  • Large: American Forest & Paper Association

Professional Association

  • Small-to-Medium: Association of College and University Housing Officers – International
  • Large: San Francisco Travel Association

Association Management Company

  • Association Management Center

The winners will receive their awards during a reception on Thursday, October 16 at the J.W. Marriott, Jr. – ASAE Conference Center, located at 1575 I Street, NW, Washington, DC, from 5:00 p.m. – 6:30pm.
