WASHINGTON — The Leadership Committee of ASAE and the ASAE Foundation announces the selected nominees to serve on the ASAE and the ASAE Foundation Boards of Directors for Fiscal Year 2015 (FY15), which begins September 1, 2014.

The Leadership Committee develops a pool of candidates for board service that best exemplifies ASAE’s membership profile and is representative of the organization’s diversity—including geography, size, gender, ethnicity, skill sets, and areas of experience. This year’s committee is chaired by Immediate Past Chairperson of ASAE Joseph M. McGuire, FASAE, CAE, President of the Association of Home Appliance Manufacturers.

“Each year, the Leadership Committee selects tremendously qualified nominees from a deep applicant pool. The committee candidates worked hard to ensure there was a balance of representation. We appreciate their service in putting together a group of leaders who will advance the association profession forward as well as help increase awareness about the role associations play in our society,” said ASAE Chairperson of the Board Arlene A Pietranton, Ph.D., FASAE, CAE, Chief Executive Officer of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
