WASHINGTON—The Hawaii Convention Center, Tourism Toronto, GEICO and Meet in Washington State have recently joined ASAE’s group of Alliance Partners in the Corporate Partner category. The program was developed to provide the industry partner community with opportunities to align itself with ASAE and the industry through customized marketing platforms.
“We are very pleased to welcome the Hawaii Convention Center, Tourism Toronto, GEICO and Meet in Washington State as our new Alliance Partners,” said ASAE President and CEO John H. Graham IV, CAE. “Each has long embraced the association community, continually providing outstanding services and ensuring the utmost in customer satisfaction. Their commitment to fulfilling the unique needs and interests of associations large and small has been appreciated throughout our industry. This new partnership will only strengthen the role of each organization in our industry."
The Corporate Partnership provides significant exposure for an organization seeking to align itself with ASAE. This partnership level contains bundled marketing opportunities in combination with high level and creative visibility to industry partners to help build and maintain a relationship with ASAE members and the association community.
“We are excited about this new partnership between ASAE and the Hawaii Convention Center,” said Joe Davis, general manager of SMG, which manages the Center. “We look forward to building constructive relationships and contributing to such an important and innovative organization of association executives and industry partners.”
“The Toronto hospitality community has shared an exceptional history with ASAE and its members, and we are excited to expand our alliance with ASAE though this newly forged corporate partnership, which will see Toronto play an integral role as ASAE evolves its International initiative and grows global membership,” said Tara Gordon, VP of Meeting and Convention Sales for Tourism Toronto. “Like ASAE, Toronto’s vibrant hospitality community is committed to connecting great ideas and great people to achieve exceptional results and this partnership will allow us to align ourselves with industry leaders across the United States and in nearly 50 countries around the world.”
“I first attended ASAE’s annual conference a few years ago simply out of curiosity. I was blown away by the sheer number of association professionals in one concentrated place. The strong leadership of ASAE is evident by the high level of involvement from their members. Every year we increased our own participation and it made great sense to become a corporate partner now,” said Deedre Daniel, director, Partnership/Affinity and Federal Marketing at GEICO.
‘We are very excited to enter into a corporate partnership with ASAE,” said Jerri Lane, SVP of Sales and Marketing at Meet in Washington State. “Our partnership with ASAE offers a wealth of opportunity. We are so pleased to join a team that is providing cutting edge education, leadership in sustainability and the development of new leaders for our industry. We represent the best of Washington State and we are thrilled to be able to introduce association professionals to our incredible destinations.”
