Welcome to ASAE & The Center for Association Leadership’s Meetings & Expositions Section!

Our community of meetings and exposition management professionals lets you network with and learn from your peers, as well as from the experts that lead our professional development programs. Participation at M&E programs will give you new ideas for enhancing your own programs and help you better position yourself as a strategic partner within your organization.

Additional section benefits include access to a variety of resources including the electronic M&E section council newsletter, focusing on the four core competencies of the meetings’ profession: strategic planning and marketing, meetings & expositions operations, core business management, and leadership and communications. Purpose Statement
The Mission of the M&E Section is to strengthen the professionalism, value, and image of association meeting professionals by leading the development and exchange of relevant knowledge. The M&E experience is timely and career enhancing. Education is focused on the strategic business of meetings and conventions delivered in an environment that promotes networking with a community of peers and industry experts.
