We're committed to developing strong leadership pipelines for the association profession so that we all have a robust pool of leaders to learn from and work with both now and in the future. The Foundation provides scholarships and funding for programs that equip leaders of all levels with the mentoring, education, and knowledge they need to succeed
Some of the programs to which we've awarded scholarships include:
Diversity Executive Leadership Program (DELP): Funded in part through a long-standing relationship with the Detroit Metro Convention and Visitors Bureau, the DELP program helps individuals from underrepresented segments of the association community advance into the ranks of leadership in the association profession.
Young Association Executives: A network of young association professionals connecting through reduced membership dues, social networking tools, and in-person and virtual learning programs.
