ASAE's D+I strategy exists to help associations navigate a continually changing environment. The research and resources below are designed to help HR, membership, and volunteer teams attract, involve, and retain diverse talent pools. Marketing and communications teams can use our resources to develop materials that speak to different markets.
For ASAE and many other associations, D+I is both a business principle and practice. So we will continue to commit time and attention to D+I and help you do the same in your association.

Spring 2013 Update [What's This?]
As part of our three-year Diversity + Inclusion Strategic Plan, and four year research agenda, ASAE developed the first online D+I benchmarking tool specifically for the association industry called the Association Inclusion Index. The Index will allow trade and professional associations to assess how their D+I concepts, policies, and practices measure up against community standards. Users will receive instant feedback and resources on how to improve outcomes. See a full update and more information on our efforts.
