Imagine what might be possible if for five days, associations around the world engaged in conversations and making commitments to advancing innovation in their organizations.

That’s the idea behind InnovationTalks, an initiative of ASAE’s Innovation Task Force, scheduled for September 19-23, 2011.

We want to have as many association staff members, volunteer leaders, and industry partners

• exploring what innovation might look like for their organizations and efforts,
• making an innovation commitment they can complete in the next 30 days, and then
• sharing the takeaways and commitments from their innovation conversations with our entire community so that we can be inspired by—and learn from—each other.

You can help make this vision a reality by (1) convening an InnovationTalk and inviting others to participate, (2) challenging colleagues to also convene an InnovationTalk, and/or participating in one of the many in-person and online InnovationTalks scheduled. Post your Talk or review scheduled Talks on the InnovationTalks list.
