Who are the speakers?
The ASAE & The Center Speakers Network is comprised of speakers from ASAE & The Center staff and active volunteer members. Each speaker has undergone a rigorous training process to assure that they are proficient with the content and are skilled presenters.

Every effort will be made to fulfill your requests for specific speakers, but no guarantee can be made.

What is the associated cost?
Our speaker fee schedule is as follows:
| Up to a 90 minute presentation | Starts at $500 |
| Up to a 3 hour presentation | Starts at $1500 |
| Keynote speaker | Starts at $2000 |
| Full day facilitation | To be discussed |
The fee may be negotiated on a case by case basis.
Your organization is responsible for covering any costs related to travel. This is non-negotiable.

How long are the presentations?
Presentations can be tailored to your audience and specific needs, but in general all presentations are a minimum of 90 minutes (60 minutes for presentation, 30 minutes for questions and discussion).

What resources are we expected to provide?
Your organization is expected to provide audio-visual equipment as needed, including projection, podium, lapel microphone, and flipcharts. You will be notified in advance of these needs.

Do you have an evaluation I can use?
In order to assure that we are maintaining the highest quality of speakers and providing valuable content for you, we have written an evaluation for your use after the presentation. Everything is set; all you have to do is send a link to your attendees. The evaluation will enable us to have an accurate gauge on our presentation materials and presenters, so we can continue to make improvements.
