1.What is the Convene Green Alliance?
The Convene Green Alliance (CGA) is a grassroots membership organization founded in 2008 with a mission to provide education, share real-world experiences, and leverage the collective voice and buying power of all CGA members to lessen the environmental impact of associations and the meetings/events they sponsor. The CGA was founded as a Limited Liability Corporation and was governed by executives of IMN Solutions, an association, foundation and meeting management company. ASAE will determine the future structure for the organization.

3. Why is IMN Solutions selling the CGA?
The CGA has grown to more than 1,000 members and 40 corporate partners in less than three years, and now offers a robust set of programs. The best interests of the CGA and its members will be served through ASAE’s powerful brand and resources, which will allow the organization to continually grow its social responsibility offerings.
