Chuck Martin JR., CAE, CIA is the COO, American Physical Therapy Association in Alexandria, VA. It has 69,000+ members, 173 staff and a $33,000,000 budget. Martin graduated from Manhattan College with a BBA degree in Economics. He earned an MBA in Accounting from Michigan State University. Chuck is a CAE and Certified Internal Auditor.
