Associations Advance America
It is part of our mission to promote the value of the association sector, and broaden awareness of its scope and role in society. For instance, new Members of Congress or congressional staffers may only know associations in their role as advocates for their respective industry or profession. They may not know that associations are the single largest source of post-graduate professional development for America’s workforce, or that associations are involved in setting product safety standards and creating codes of ethics for entire professions. It is vitally important that we communicate the value of associations and philanthropic organizations to all Americans.
