The Women Who Advance Excellence in Associations Award recognizes female association and industry professionals who have set the standard of excellence in their professional lives though leadership, mentoring, and career advancement. The award categories are:

Community Award
This award recognizes someone from the association profession for their contributions, volunteer efforts, and outreach to make a difference in the community.

Mentor of the Year Award
This award honors an outstanding mentor who has shared her time and expertise to guide, teach, support and encourage a mentee on their journey to personal and professional success.

Lifetime Achievement Award
This award recognizes an outstanding individual whose inspiring and pioneering spirit, along with her demonstrated leadership, has made outstanding contributions to the association community.

Rising Star Award
This award recognizes a young professional in the association sphere who is truly ‘one to watch’ because of her contribution to the association profession and promise of leadership in the future.

Industry Partner of the Year
This award honors an association industry partner who continues to add value to members and customers by deploying new and innovative solutions that support the association’s cause.
