FAQ about the Small-Staff Organization Membership offering

I am currently my organization's CEO and sole individual ASAE member; what are my options?

1. If your membership renewal month is April or May 2013, please download the applicable membership application form and mail or fax it to us.
2. You can also upgrade your current membership now as the CEO or Executive Director of your organization as follows:
   If your membership renewal date is between June and August 2013, upgrade for 25% of the organization rate so that if
   • Your organization has 1–2 full-time staff: Upgrade until your renewal month for $98.75
   • Your organization has 3–6 full-time staff: Upgrade until your renewal month for $148.75
   • Your organization has 7–10 full-time staff: Upgrade until your renewal month for $248.75
   
   
   If your membership renewal date is between September and November 2013, upgrade for 50% of the organization rate so that if
   • Your organization has 1–2 full-time staff: Upgrade until your renewal month for $197.50
   • Your organization has 3–6 full-time staff: Upgrade until your renewal month for $297.50
   • Your organization has 7–10 full-time staff: Upgrade until your renewal month for $497.50
   
   
   If your membership renewal date is between December 2013 and March 2014, upgrade for 75% of the organization rate so that if
   • Your organization has 1–2 full-time staff: Upgrade until your renewal month for $296.25
   • Your organization has 3–6 full-time staff: Upgrade until your renewal month for $446.25
   • Your organization has 7–10 full-time staff: Upgrade until your renewal month for $746.25

To check your membership renewal date, visit www.asaecenter.org/profile/myprofile.cfm, or click on the grey My Profile link at the top right of any ASAE website page once you've logged in and go to the "My ASAE" tab.

My organization has more than one ASAE individual members; what should I do?

Please email Meredith Bower Holt at mholt@asaecenter.org to discuss upgrading your individual memberships to the organizational membership.

NOTE: Duration of membership is one year from the date dues are received. For U.S. citizens only: ASAE dues are not deductible as a charitable contribution for U.S. federal income tax purposes, but may be deductible as a business expense. ASAE estimates that 14.85% of your dues are not deductible due to ASAE's lobbying activities on behalf of its members.
